A Month in the Country is the first work of Gleb Podgorodinsky, Honored Artist of Russia, as a director. This is a story of love and passion in watercolor Turgenev colors, about how easy it is to destroy a fragile balance, how difficult it is to collect everything and bring it back, by committing unflattering acts, being overwhelmed by passion, the desire to seize the object of his interest. Natalia Petrovna - a young woman, she is happy, loved and prosperous. A caring husband, a beautiful son and a young ward - these are the elements of the lace that makes up her life. Until, in this light and unobtrusive weave does not get a young man who turned over the way of life and the heroine's soul at once. When she recognizes him, she discovers qualities that she could never have imagined before... "When I was looking for a play to stage," says Gleb Podgorodinsky, "I kept coming back to Turgenev, and I soon realized that 'A Month in the Country' held me and the characters' emotions were very close to me.
