A mysterious murder of a young nurse stirred up in appearance quiet country boarding-house, in fact, the mental hospital. Detective inspector, Richard Voss, takes over the investigation.

Got inside this secret institution the inspector tries to understand what is being hidden behind its magnificent facade. First of all the attention of the inspector attract three physicists permanently living in the boarding-house. Among them, he notices a scientist who disappeared many years ago…
