THE MALY THEATRE PAID HOMAGE TO THE GREAT OSTUZHEV

Dear friends, On May 19 an evening dedicated to the 145th anniversary of the birth of the People's Artist of the USSR Alexander Alekseevich Ostuzhev (1874-1953) was held in the Memorial Apartment. At the evening, excerpts from Alexander Ostrovsky’s play Guilty Without Guilt were played, in which Alexander Alekseevich played the role of Neznamov, with audio recordings of Ostuzhev’s voice.
