Who is the mysterious Lady Frola who moved to our neighbourhood? And why does she not live with the son-in-law who visits all the time and with her daughter who never goes out and whom no one has ever seen! What secret are they hiding, and what misfortune drove them here from the town where they lived before?

These are the questions that trouble the characters of this play by Pirandello, living in a small town in Italy. Having nothing - except emptiness - behind the respectable and important social masks that they wear, they become obsessive and tireless in digging around and analysing other people’s lives, in the firm belief that they can get to the truth.
A humorous, cynical and wise play by the Nobel Prize laureate Luigi Pirandello, famous Italian playwright and one of the most important reformers of drama theatre in 20th century, it contains motifs and ideas that resonate with the times we live in where truth equals information, and compassion for those closest to us wanes and disappears before the desire for sensation.

JelisavetaSekaSablić received best actress award at Purgatorije theatre festival in Tivat together with the VeljkoMaričić award at the International Small Scenes Theatre Festival in Rijeka. The production also won the best production award at Vršac Theatre Autumn festival. The production was invited to Yugoslav Theatre Festival in Užice, Theatre Spring festival in Šabac with guest performances at CNT in Zagreb, SNT Drama in Ljubljana, in Lazarevac, Ruma, Čačak and Valjevo.

In the year which marks 150th anniversary of the birth of Luigi Pirandello, a Nobel laureate, Yugoslav Drama Theatre has joined the celebration of the anniversary taking place around the world, with the production of his play Right You Are, If You Think So.
