Vereshchenko Nataliya

Actress

Nataliya Nikolaevna Vereshchenko was born on November 15, 1969 in Moscow. In 1992 graduated from Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School (course of V.I. Korshunov). In 1992-1994 she undertook an internship there that allows her to teach and joined the Maly Theatre’s company in 1994.

Nataliya Nikolaevna has a svelte physique - refined, elegant, endowed with a western type of beauty, she seems to be created for costume roles. Exquisite, clever, charming, characters played by Nataliya Vereshchenko reflect the whole spectrum of femininity. All the stage roles she performed, regardless of their scale and genre, always carry an important semantic load. Remaining seemingly in the background, Vereshchenko's heroines often play a crucial role in the life of the central character - Marina Mniszech, who actually pushes the Pretender to death, or the daughter of Malyuta Skuratova Maria, the only adviser to Boris Godunov.

One of the most interesting works of Nataliya Vereshchenko is Eleanor of Austria. The eldest sister of Charles V, who became a widow at the age of 23, is burdened by her position at the imperial court, especially since Charles is again going to arrange her marriage, ignoring Eleanor's feelings. Vereshchenko’s hidden temper perfectly matches this role. Her character is a proud, ambitious and passionate woman – qualities of a true Spaniard. Forced to hide her true feelings, she is ready to commit suicide when she suddenly finds an unexpected ally in the person of Marguerite de Navarre. Nataliya perfectly conveys this transition from total despair to further determination to fight for her happiness.

An interesting detail that can not be overlooked: the actress and her character were born on the same day- November 15.

Nataliya Nikolaevna Vereshchenko is a sensitive and intelligent person with a wide range of interests. Each of the roles she plays testifies to a bright personality and unconditional love for her profession.
