On December 17, the Maly Theatre celebrated the anniversary of one of its leading actors -People's Artist of Russia Vasiliy Ivanovich Bochkaryov with the performance «The Heart Is Not a Stone» by Alexander Ostrovsky. On this evening, the hero of the day appeared on stage playing Potap Potapich Karkunov. After the show the whole acting company of the theatre with Yuri Solomin taking the lead came onstage with felicitation.
