To return tickets purchased electronically, you must send a message to e-mail: refund@maly.ru before the event, indicating the number of the ticket to be returned. Money for tickets will be returned to the bank card that was used to pay for these orders. Electronic tickets replaced with tickets on a strict reporting form are returned to the box office before the event.
